I feel lucky to have been on Rhea's list when she found this deal—very clear and detailed prospectus, world-class team, but above all, top-quality communication and documentation. Having done several deals over the years, it's extremely rare to find someone who can communicate as well as promptly, and give updates as plans go forward. Quite frankly, I wish I had put more money in, and hope I have the opportunity to work with her in future deals.

Rhea and team have been great throughout this project. Even more impressive, when the inevitable problems showed up (contractor behind, not enough cash when expected, etc, etc), they fulled took responsibility. Their solutions included entirely handling required legal action, raising additional resources from the GP team (their own cash), and working out a rewarding loan offer to be able to raise more private funding to complete the project. I'm very happen to be a Limited Partner with them on their Inn at Mount Snow project, great job all around by Rhea and the GP team!
