Even more impressive, when the inevitable problems showed up (contractor behind, not enough cash when expected, etc, etc), they fulled took responsibility. Their solutions included entirely handling required legal action, raising additional resources from the GP team (their own cash), and working out a rewarding loan offer to be able to raise more private funding to complete the project. I'm very happen to be a Limited Partner with them on their Inn at Mount Snow project, great job all around by Rhea and the GP team!
