Gage was my first deal, and I'm incredibly thankful for having him handhold me through the process. To date (18 months later), he's never missed a payment, incredibly communicative, and as I've grown as an investor, is still one of the best deals I've done. I've recommended him to some colleagues and they have been happy with him as well, would absolutely recommend.

I had a previous operator who screwed me over, stole money, and left the house and tenants in an awful condition. I went searching through a number of property managers, and Chad ended up being my savior. He got me connected with contractors, leased-up my property and has continued to offer guidance, always available via chat. Ideal operator, couldn't recommend highly enough.

I feel lucky to have been on Rhea's list when she found this deal—very clear and detailed prospectus, world-class team, but above all, top-quality communication and documentation. Rather & I entered into a deal that I brought to the table turned sour, very sour. The operator on the deal ended up defaulting on all his duties and we barely managed to save the house. Rath was steadfast, asked great questions, and stood with me as we slowly detangled the original operator, found a new one and recovered the deal. Hoping it's smooth riding from here, and would be excited to do more deals in the future.

Rhea and team have been great throughout this project. Even more impressive, when the inevitable problems showed up (contractor behind, not enough cash when expected, etc, etc), they fulled took responsibility. Their solutions included entirely handling required legal action, raising additional resources from the GP team (their own cash), and working out a rewarding loan offer to be able to raise more private funding to complete the project.
