Friend turn scam artist
I met this lady at a meetup. She was very knowledgeable in how to deploy your funds to make money. I was very interested in this so I did.
Come to find out the money that I lent her she facilitated this man that was going to buy a house subject to. The money was to fund the gap and use the rest for rehab. Be didn’t do it and the house was being foreclosed on. It didn’t go through to her auction and was pulled off prior to auctioning off. The guy has several homes as well as a business he is defaulting on and has no means to pay back
