Rather & I entered into a deal that I brought to the table turned sour, very sour. The operator on the deal ended up defaulting on all his duties and we barely managed to save the house. Rath was steadfast, asked great questions, and stood with me as we slowly detangled the original operator, found a new one and recovered the deal. Hoping it's smooth riding from here, and would be excited to do more deals in the future.

I feel lucky to have been on Rhea's list when she found this deal—very clear and detailed prospectus, world-class team, but above all, top-quality communication and documentation.
